Creating the Leaders of Tomorrow

Venturers are for youth aged 14 to 17 years old. The independence, self-determination and development initiated in cubs and progressed through scouts is increasingly exercised. Adult leaders for these groups act predominantly as mentors, monitoring youth activities but generally not determining the types or content of those activities. After a break of several years 1st Reservoir once again has its own Venturer unit.
